Journal of Steroids and Hormonal Science is an international research journal Committed to studies on all Biological and Chemical aspects of steroidal moieties, laboratory and field studies concerning endocrine as well as endocrine mechanisms controlling the development or adult expression of behaviour to studies concerning the environmental control and evolutionary significance of hormone-behaviour relationships.
Journal of Steroids and Hormonal Science focuses on both theoretical and experimental studies in the fields not limited to the Biochemistry of steroids, Steroid hormones biosynthesis, Metabolism, Endocrinology, Neuro Endocrinology, Pharmacology of steroids and other molecules that target or regulate steroid receptors. Manuscripts presenting clinical research related to steroids, steroid drug development, comparative endocrinology of steroid hormones, investigations on the mechanism of steroid action and steroid chemistry are all appropriate for submission for peer review.

Anabolic Steroids
A different name for them is anabolic androgenic steroids. These medications are structurally similar. Additionally, androgenic and virilizing effects are present in anabolic steroids. These were discovered in the 1930s and are frequently used in therapeutic medicine to increase appetite and muscular growth. Drugs known as anabolic steroids share molecular similarities with the primary testosterone-producing hormone in men. They are most well-known for helping people gain muscle (called anabolic). The negative effects of anabolic steroids are harmful on physical, mental, and emotional levels. Young adults may be more vulnerable to these risks due to their ability to stop growth. They can result in long-lasting alterations to a woman's voice and genitalia. The many kinds of anabolic steroids include pills, creams, patches, tablets, injections, and drops. It is common to utilise anabolic steroids as "performance-enhancing medications."
Epidural Steroids
These are the corticosteroids used to treat pain that is injected into the epidural space. Patients who experience persistent discomfort from lumbar disc herniation, degenerative disc degeneration, or lumbar spinal stenosis get epidural steroid injections. Although the analgesic impact is only momentary, it can be a powerful nonsurgical remedy. Betamethasone, methylprednisolone, and triamcinolone are a few examples.
Hormonal Disorders
Hormonal disorders are defined as hormonal imbalance that results from an allergic reaction in the levels of progesterone and oestrogen. Examples include acromegaly, Addison's disease, thyroid cancer, anaplastic, and other disorders of the adrenal glands. In addition to a variety of other hormone-related illnesses, it is crucial in the development of diabetes, thyroid disease, growth problems, and sexual dysfunction. Even one hormone out of balance can cause weight gain, insomnia, fibrosis, foggy memory, night sweats, and low libido. hormones can have negative psychological and physical repercussions. Men's breast development is one of these issues, while women's facial hair growth, menstruation issues, and a deeper voice are among the others. Teenagers' stunted growth, abnormal cholesterol levels, heart problems, and liver tumours are just a few of the potentially catastrophic long-term health consequences.
Cortico Steroids
The group of chemicals known as corticosteroids includes both the naturally occurring steroid hormones that vertebrates manufacture in their adrenal cortex and their synthetic equivalents. Corticosteroids have a role in a variety of physiological processes, such as the immune system's reaction to stress, the control of inflammation, the metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins, blood electrolyte levels, and behaviour. For instance, corticosterone, cortisone, and aldosterone.Corticosteroids that are administered orally or intravenously and spread throughout the body are referred to as systemic corticosteroids. The immune system is also suppressed by corticosteroids, which can assist manage diseases when the immune system unintentionally targets its own tissues. Rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, allergies, asthma, and other conditions are all treated with corticosteroids.
Guidelines for Authors
Journal Policy Regarding the NIH Mandate
Journal of Steroids & Hormonal Science will support authors by posting the published version of articles by NIH grant-holders and European or UK-based biomedical or life sciences grant holders to PubMed and PubMed Central immediately after publication.
Editorial Policies and Process
Journal of Steroids & Hormonal Science editorial policy that encourages researchers to submit the original research, reviews and editorial observations as articles, well supported by tables and graphic representation.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
Journal of Steroids & Hormonal Science is self-financed and does not receive funding from any institution/government. Hence, the Journal operates solely through processing charges we receive from the authors and some academic/corporate sponsors. The handling fee is required to meet its maintenance. Being an Open Access Journal, the Journal of Steroids & Hormonal Science does not collect subscription charges from readers that enjoy free online access to the articles. Authors are hence required to pay a fair handling fee for processing their articles. However, there are no submission charges. Authors are required to make payment only after their manuscript has been accepted for publication which encourages researchers to submit the original research, reviews and editorial observations as articles, well supported by tables and graphic representation.

Since Pulsus is an open-access publication, anybody in the globe may obtain your study for free from its website.
• You won't be turned down because of a shortage of space or other problems because we are an electronic journal with no restrictions on the quantity or size of papers we may publish.
• When journals wait many months to decide on a piece of writing after it has been submitted, it can be discouraging for the writers.
• Peer review is typically finished by our Journal staff in six weeks. As a result, it is unusual to have to wait more than 8 weeks for a decision.
• Many writers have discovered that the feedback from our peer reviewers significantly enhances their final works.
